Property Manager Full Time Permanent NEW

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Property Manager with either a background in Residential Property Management. You would be joining a supportive team, highly experienced team that prides itself on professionalism, exceptional customer service and superb standards. What’s in It for You?

• Competitive Salary – £28-30,000 DOE
• Commission on top adding an extra 2-3k to basic
• 20 days plus bank holidays
• Parking on site

Your Key Responsibilities as a Property Manager:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords.
• Conduct regular property inspections and arrange follow-up actions.
• Handle day-to-day tenant queries and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to arrange repairs, maintenance, and compliance checks.
• Ensure all properties comply with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. gas safety, EPC, deposit protection).
• Maintain accurate records and update property management systems/portals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Support the lettings team with new tenant move-ins and checkouts.

What We’re Looking For in a Property Manager:

• Previous Property Management experience is essential for this role within either a commercial or residential property setting, training will be given on areas not worked within
• Industry qualifications (a plus, but not required)
• Excellent organisation & attention to detail – You will thrive off keeping everything running smoothly!
• Strong communication & customer service skills – Building great relationships with landlords & tenants
• A cool, calm attitude under pressure
• Proficient with property management systems & admin tasks
