We’re looking for an ambitious, creative and passionate individual to join a leading independent agent as a Senior Sales Consultant at their office in Cheltenham.

This agent is a market leader in the town and are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant with a fantastic depth of knowledge to join their friendly sales team. 

As a Senior Sales Consultant what’s in it for you?

• Up to £35,000 basic salary, OTE up to £50,000 (uncapped)
• Parking permit provided

Your role as a Senior Sales Consultant:

• Assist with bringing new properties to the market and carry out valuations 
• Generate new business using the latest marketing tools and through building relationships with clients
• Negotiate sales and handle offers
• Deliver excellent customer service to purchasers and sellers – people buy from people!
• Support your colleagues and work together to achieve the best for the office

What we’re looking for from a Senior Sales Consultant:

• Previous residential sales experience is essential 
• Experience carrying out valuations is desired
• Strong communication & people skills – build lasting relationships!
• A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Solid IT skills & attention to detail
• A well-presented and professional approach
• Punctuality & great organisational skills
• A real love for the industry and desire to progress
• Local area knowledge
• Full UK driving licence and access to own car
