Property Manager Full Time Permanent NEW
Our client is a well-established, independent residential estate agency managing a substantial and diverse property portfolio. Known for their fast-paced environment, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Property Manager to join their busy team.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will take responsibility for managing a section of the portfolio throughout the full tenancy lifecycle, delivering a professional and efficient service to both landlords and tenants.
Key details of the role:
- Basic salary – Up to £35,000 DOE
- Annual Leave – 20 days plus bank holidays
- 1 in 3 Saturdays required
- Driving essential
Your Key Responsibilities as a Property Manager:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, delivering outstanding service to both landlords and tenants
- Conduct check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth and professional transitions
- Administer deposit protection and manage deposit returns
- Proactively resolve rental arrears, liaising confidently with landlords and tenants
- Work closely with the dedicated maintenance and repairs team to ensure works are completed efficiently
- Coordinate safety certifications and ensure full compliance across the portfolio
Conduct property inspectors and inventories and provide detailed landlord feedback - Organise and review reports for mid-term inspections
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the property management system
What We’re Looking For in a Property Manager:
- Previous Property Management experience is essential
- ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail — you take pride in keeping everything running smoothly
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
- A calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
- Confidence using property management systems and handling administrative tasks efficiently
