2nd Line Support Engineer – South Tyneside – up to £30k + bens
My client who are a leading IT solutions provider located in the South Tyneside region are seeking an experience 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
In this role you will provider technical support to their client base, ensuring all incidents are resolved in an efficient and professional manner. You will provide support and troubleshooting to clients via telephone, remote supports and onsite visits (if required).
Required 2nd Line Support Engineer skills:
2 years + Windows focused support experience
Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016 & O365
Hyper-V or VMWare
Active Directory & Group Policy
DNS & DHCP
Driving license and vehicle
Desirable 2nd Line Support Engineer skills:
Industry certifications (Microsoft or CompTIA)
