A fabulous position has become available for an Administrator to join a thriving investment and Property development company based in Cheltenham.
You will work closely with the CEO and senior management to provide administrative support. You will need to quickly gain the knowledge of the business, understanding the Vision and Strategy. You will liaise with management and aid them by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks. You will need to be discreet and confidential; these are essential attributes for a successful assistant.
The successful Administrator will have experience in a similar role and have excellent administrative skills.
Within this role the Administrator will be responsible for supporting the CEO across all aspects of the company from typing up minutes, responding to communications, planning and organising meetings and overall managing any administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
As an Estate Agent Sales Administrator a natural ability to multi tasks, manage a broad workload and have meticulous attention to detail is essential.
Administrator– Experience Needed

Accurate typing and PC skills

Previous experience in an administration role
