Package: £17,000 basic salary plus £1,500 bonus

Job Overview: Our client, based centrally in Nottingham are looking for the right person to join their young and motivated team where the focus is on delivering a great service whilst having an enjoyable working environment! The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can help support the day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide continuous support to managers and employees, and have a positive influence on the customers experience via front of house interactions. You will need to be highly organised and able to multitask with ease while working in a high-pressure work environment.
Your main tasks will include taking inbound phone calls, assisting people coming into the office, booking viewings with potential tenants, and being responsible for all paperwork completion and filing to ensure the company stay 100% compliant. If you already have experience as an Administrator (preferably within property) that would be great, you should be familiar with Microsoft Office, more specifically Word and Excel.
Overview of duties:
The working hours for this position are 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday, with the very occasional need for a few hours on a Saturday during peak times.
