The successful Assistant Lettings Branch Manager will be well presented and experienced within Lettings in the Billericay market. They will also be hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable team member. You must be a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative. You will ideally have a good understanding of Billericay and the surrounding area.
The Assistant Lettings Branch Manager will have previous experience working within a similar property related role. You must also have experience in using Microsoft office packages.
This role will include all aspects of Lettings Negotiation and Valuation including, building relationships by liaising with potential landlords and tenants. You will be pro-active, assertive, keen to succeed and looking to join a driven dynamic brand. The successful candidate will be working as part of a small but highly effective team which have established themselves as the clear market leader. The individual will assist the current branch Manager running the department, motivating the team, setting targets and objectives etc whilst also leading from the front and generating business themselves.
