Assistant Quantity Surveyor Full Time Permanent

Overview

Our clients are one of the UKs leading house-builders and are currently looking for an Assistant-Intermediate level Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

Ideally this person will be based in Swindon or the surrounding regions and have previous experience within the residential sector, however we may also consider main contractor experience with transferable skills and knowledge.

The successful candidate will work on residential schemes within the region with days working from a regional office and the occasional opportunity to work from home (depending on project requirements). 

Successful applicants will meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 1-2years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with some residential/ house-builder experience or knowledge.
• Preferably come from a degree background in Quantity Surveying, however we will also consider candidates who have progressed within a company to gain their QS experience.
• Knowledge of experience of COINS system would be advantageous, if not then training can be provided.

Expected salary of £25-40k (dependant on experience), car/car allowance, healthcare and more included in the package.
