Our clients are a leading international consultancy and are looking for an established Associate Director to join their growing team in the South-West, initially working with an important client located along the M4 corridor between Swindon & Bristol.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working for a consultancy on commercial projects focused on refurbishments, fit-outs and including office (CAT A/CAT B) projects. You must have excellent client facing skills as this initial project will require you to be based at the clients office 2-3days per week.
We are open to receiving applications from candidates who meet the below criteria, and either have a strong background at Senior commercial manager level or are already operating at AD/Director level.
Successful applicants should meet the following criteria:
Relevant and recent experience working on large refurb, fit-out and commercial focused projects, preferably with office focused works.
Experienced working for a leading consultancy with excellent client facing, presentation and relationship management skills.
Ideally be a member of a professional body such as RICS, CIOB, APM (Preference to MRICS/FRICS)
We would expect candidates earlier career experience to be in Quantity Surveying/ Cost Management as this role will have a focus on the cost aspects of this and future projects in the South-West.
Capable of leading Project Management commissions and taking responsibility of end to end service delivery.
To ensure that client objectives are met and projects are delivered within targets for time & cost.
Responsible for aspects of business development and experience in managing a small team.
This is a permanent opportunity with an expected package of £75-90k inclusive of car allowance. Further benefits package to be supplied by our client.
