Associate Partner – PQS Full Time Permanent

As an Associate Partner – PQS, you will be responsible delivering a high standard of service through leadership of people and projects, whilst building and maintaining long-term client relationships and contributing to the management and running of a successful professional practice.

Key Role Responsibilities as an Associate Partner – PQS:

The ideal Associate Partner – PQS will be detail oriented; acts with integrity, professionalism and enthusiasm; has previous PQS (and ideally Employer’s Agent / Project Management) experience across varied industry sectors; self-motivated and passionate, possessing strong leadership, teamworking, communication and organisational skills. You will have a minimum of at least 5 years within a UK Consultancy and ideally be coming from a leadership role within a consultancy.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently in a self-motivated manor and prioritise workload accordingly.
• Grow and nurture client relationships with key internal and external contacts
• Contribute to the running of the practice in collaboration with the other associates and equity partners
• Assist in the guidance and development of people within the business
• Leading people to uphold the outstanding service delivery reputation that my client has developed over 50 plus years, in providing;
  • EA documentation in addition to Feasibility Studies, Cost Estimates, Schedule of Works, Bills of Quantities, JCT & NCT Contracts, Valuations & Final Accounts, programme, and project reporting
  • Site visits as required
  • Reconciliation of cost, time, quality, and overall value to inform project performance
  • Timely completion of agreed actions
