Hybrid working (2-3days per week in office location and the rest of the days working remotely)
Expected Salary: £25-28k
Our clients are a well established Construction infrastructure company who are looking for a commercial assistant to join their busy team, this team are responsible for commercial and contract management duties. The team within the business are generally working on sizeable projects between £1m-£22million which have various funding schemes related to the contracts.
To be successful within his position you should:
Have previous experience of working in a commercial administrative focused position, ideally within a construction business (we may have some flexibility on this aspect for the right person).
Experienced with processing supply chain and task order requirements, liaising with sub-contractors and finance teams.
Payment processing, reviewing and auditing supply chain applications
Co-ordinate with commercial and client teams, ensuring payment processes and timelines are continuously met.
Be capable of handling a wide range of administrative duties.
Have excellent English written & verbal communication skills.
Be proficient with Microsoft office packages, and ideally have experience of using other computer systems such as databases.
