An unmissable opportunity has arisen for a standout Branch Manager to head up the new branch for a very well-respected and sought-after multi-branch independent Sales and Lettings Agency. Working for this attractive and successful brand covering the spectrum of residential property including the high value market, my client is looking for an equally high-calibre property professional with a proven track record as a Branch Manager.

This role would be well suited to experienced Branch Managers who have covered both sales and lettings management, including work with higher end properties and clients. It is an ideal role for those looking to join a well-respected brand with a team size of between 6-7 with plans for further growth over the coming years.

The Branch Manager will be an instrumental appointment and as such a natural drive, passion and self-starter attitude is required, coupled the ability to think outside of the box and generate new, innovative ideas to build business.

The successful Branch Manager will be results and service orientated with a track record of implementing an exceptional level of service and professionalism, and for instilling these attributes within their team. An in depth understanding of how the local market is performing is essential for success in this role, and ideally you will have your own leads and clients to bring to the table as well. A natural drive, tenacity and motivational approach to management with a dedication to delivering exceptional service is essential.
