Estate Agency Senior Lettings Negotiator Full Time Permanent

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Agency Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a well-respected and sought-after Agency with an attractive and successful brand. Working across the spectrum of residential property including the high value market, my client is looking for an equally high-calibre lettings professional with a proven track record as a successful Lettings Negotiator with exceptional customer service skills.

With exciting plans for further growth and expansion, their intention is to continue to grow, offering further progression for employees who are looking to excel and drive forward their career in estate agency over the coming months and years. This role would be well suited experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator looking to join a well-respected brand, or potentially negotiators with 1-2 years+ experience and an excellent track record who would like to progress on to a senior role.

The successful Senior Lettings Negotiator will be results and service orientated and must be practiced with agreeing deals while offering a high level of service and professionalism. You will need to be highly experienced with viewings and negotiations, and will have a strong understanding of current lettings processes and legislative requirements and will be comfortable taking ownership for the fully lettings cycle up to the point of move in, supported by the teams inhouse property managers, valuers and inventory clerks.

To fulfil the Senior Lettings Negotiator role you must have experience as Lettings Negotiator and you must be comfortable working with high value clients and transactions. An in depth understanding of how the local market is performing is essential for success in this role. A natural drive, tenacity and go-getter attitude with a dedication to delivering exceptional service is essential.       

For the right person, there is also the potential to progress towards Valuer / Management roles within the organisation.

• Relevant property experience with a proven track record for success is essential
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
• The ability to naturally make quick bonds and develop a rapport is essential
• You will be well spoken and well presented
• You will be target driven and ambitious
• You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
• You must have your own car
