The successful Estate Agent Accompanied Viewer will have at least 6 months industry experience, be extremely well presented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and more importantly a a driving license and great diary managment skills.

Estate Agent Accompanied Viewer – Duties and responsibilities  

Collecting diary and property Keys

Confirming the days viewings

Returning property keys at the end of the day.

Ensuring properties are left tidy, and locked

Conducting viewings and pass on feedback to Negotiators

Estate Agent Accompanied Viewer – Experience Needed  

Previous Estate Agent experience is ideal  

You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills  

Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key  

You will be well spoken and well presented  

You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
