A fabulous position has become available for an Estate Agent office Administrator to join a thriving independent estate agent in Marylebone.
The successful Estate Agent Office Administrator will have experience in a similar role and have excellent administrative skills.
Within this role, the Estate Agent Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Sales and lettings teams with general admin duties which include; replacing window cards, organising contractors, writing up brochures, filing, some PA duties, amongst other general admin duties.
As an Estate Agent Office Administrator, a natural ability to multi task, manage a broad workload and have meticulous attention to detail is essential.
Previous Estate Agent Office Administrator experience is preferred
You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
Accurate typing and PC skills
A keen eye for detail
Ability to multi task and be highly organised
Experience using and managing social media platforms
