The Role: As a Office Manager working with a leading lettings brand you will be responsible for overseeing the staff for this office including managing staff, overseeing the lettings valuations and conducting yourself in line with the lettings company’s ethos in delivering a first-class service. You will be responsible for putting processes in place, staff training, working with maintenance team, dealing with complaints and also be confident with business generation.
Previous Lettings experience required.
Previous management experience within an Estate Agent.
Able to think outside of the box.
Man-Management Skills and able to deal with complaints effectively.
Able to prioritise.
Full UK driving license and use of own car.
