This quality brand has a strong estate agency division, along with being experts in rural surveying and land. Due to growth within the company, they’re in need of a dedicated Estate Agent Sales Administrator to join their vibrant team.
The successful Estate Agent Sales Administrator will have experience in a similar role and have excellent administrative skills.
Within this role, the Estate Agent Sales Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager and other Partners, typing up property details, memorandum of sales, diary management, answering the phone, general day-to-day administration and having involvement in running the company’s social media platforms.
As an Estate Agent Sales Administrator, a natural ability to multi task, manage a broad workload and have meticulous attention to detail is essential.
Previous Estate Agent experience is preferred but not essential
You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
Accurate typing and PC skills
A keen eye for detail
Ability to multi task and be highly organised
Experience using and managing social media platforms
