This fantastic, welcoming brand has a strong sales division run by supportive management who promote team security, loyalty and generally a lovely environment to work in. My client is currently looking for a committed, hard working Sales Negotiator to complement the existing team.
The successful Estate Agent Sales Negotiator will have at least 12 months industry experience within either front end sales or lettings, be extremely well presented, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and more importantly a passion to come into work, do a good job and thrive within a team environment in the Estate Agency industry.
The Estate Agent Sales Negotiator will have similar experience weather that is within sales or lettings and will have gained a strong understanding of the process from initial viewing to key handover
With this role the Sales Negotiator will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both vendor and purchaser, booking viewings, generating market appraisals, conducting viewings and negotiating the sale.
