Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator – Duties:
Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
Following office procedures & policies
Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
Registering Applicants and attending viewings
All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted
Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material
Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiator experience is essential or at least 2 years
You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
You will be well spoken and well presented
You will be target driven and ambitious
You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
