Role: A superb opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join a leading independent lettings and investment company within their Brentford head office. Working within the Facilities Management department, you will have primary responsibility for implementing, updating, maintaining and reporting using the departments facilities and maintenance software programmes. You will help and support the Facilities Management Director in the scheduling of works and will be responsible for the smooth running of the administrative functions within the department.
Supporting the department in ensuring emergency works and routine maintenance issues are allocated to the appropriate contractors.
Managing the in house maintenance log.
Ensuring Properties are fit for purpose and compkliant.
Price checking materials when it comes to refurbishments of properties.
