Head of Property Management Full Time Permanent

My client is a market leading Estate Agent and are currently looking for a Head of Property Management to join their award winning team in Bristol!

Head of Property Management – Benefits:

• Lucrative salary around £25,000 with commission/bonus scheme – OTE £35,000-42,000

Head of Property Management Duties:

• Overseeing the whole property management operation.
• Managing staff and training where necessary
• Dealing with complex escalations.
• Ensuring portfolio compliance.
• Managing and allocating work appropriately.
• Recruitment.
• Monitor the growth of the portfolio.
• Identify areas to improve processes.
• Act as the main point of contact in Property Management.

Head of Property Management – experience needed:

• An experienced manager or Senior Property Manager/Team Leader with at least 3 years Property Management experience.
• Able to provide and ensure others provide, a high level of customer service.
• Knowledgeable in lettings and up to date with industry legislation.
• Proactive, approachable and supportive.
• Highly organised, and capable of managing a team of up to 6 members of staff.
• Professional, articulate and proficient in problem resolution.
• Hold a UK driving licence
• Ideally hold ARLA qualification
