A rare opportunity, for a Land and New Homes Specialist to join a market leading Estate Agent in their Merseyside office. Due to the fabulous growth in this area of the business my client is now looking for a dedicated Land and New Homes Specialist to lead this offering.

A lucrative salary and commission structure £24-£25k with an OTE of £30-£31k

20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Focusing on Land New Homes the chosen individual will be responsible for the following:

Maintaining and nurturing existing developer relationships whilst building new opportunities with new developers

Sourcing properties and land

Ensuring you are fully knowledgeable with on going developments within the city centre and the surrounding infrastructure.

Having the knowledge and vision to sell and complete on off plan developments

Ensure all opportunities to upsell third party services are grasped

Managing your sales through to completion

Becoming the “go to” person in the city centre for investors, developers and new build home

The successful New Homes Specialist could come from either a resales background or be in the land new homes sector at the moment, you will have at least 2 years property sales experience, be impeccably well presented, have incredible written and verbal communication skills and more importantly a drive and hunger to succeed and progress within the brand.

New Homes Sales Advisor – Experience Needed

Previous Land New Homes experience is essential

Previous experience in valuing land is essential

You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills

You will have solid IT skills, must be familiar with the Nimbus system

Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key

You will be well spoken and well presented

You will be target driven and ambitious

You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
