As a Leasehold Management assistant you will get the best of both worlds as the role will consist of both field and office-based duties managing communal areas and services of multi-unit residential portfolios.
Not only does block management involve constant communication with various contractors, it also requires an understanding of legislation and leasehold matters, as well as routine inspections to check that the property is in good order. A major part of a role as a Leasehold Management Assistant will be ensuring that the leaseholder / clients gets value for money for their service charge payments, and the property is maintained in accordance with the terms of the leases.
The role of the Leasehold Management Assistant is to assist and support Director of Commercial with the management and function of the commercial / block portfolio.
This is a new role in a highly established professional Estate Agency with nearly 100 years of service to the property market.
