We’re on the lookout for a Lettings Accounts Administrator to oversee contractor invoices, rent payments and landlord statements for a Brighton based Lettings Agency.
This reputable Estate Agency has an established and growing lettings business and is looking for an organised, numbers-minded person with a background in Lettings Administration, Property Management or Property Accounts.
Working alongside their team of dedicated property managers, you will take responsibility for the financial elements of the lettings process, including processing and consolidating contractor payments against rent collections and compiling statements for the landlords.
The successful Lettings Accounts Administrator will be experienced in financially focussed roles and will ideally have some previous experience in a property related environment. You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail, and you will also have a customer focussed approach to client and contractor management.
