The successful Lettings Administrator will be impeccably well presented, articulate and be driven by excellence.
As the new Lettings Administrator within this highly sought after company your duties will involve:
Client liaison regarding contractual obligations and compliance
You will run the marketing campaigns for all new units coming to market
Handle all enquiries related to available properties and book viewings where applicable
Manage social media campaigns
Conducting relevant tenant checks
Process all documentation relating to new lets
Lettings Administrator – Experience Needed
Previous experience of dealing with lettings administration is essential
You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
Be impeccably presented, articulate and with excellent attention to detail
You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
You will be a naturally process driven individual
Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
Lettings Administrator – Benefits
A basic salary of £21000, parking on site, plus team commission, overall OTE of £26,000+
5 day working week
