An exceptional opportunity for a very well presented, customer service orientated candidate to join a very well-established independent agent within their office on Deansgate. This well-known Estate Agent has an established lettings business and is looking for a Lettings Administrator who can be the main point of contact front of house to deal with incoming queries and walk ins, as well as general lettings admin.
The successful Lettings Administrator will have experience of dealing with clients face to face and on the phone. Current and ex cabin crew tend to do very well within this role due to their exceptional face to face experience, however my clients are open to candidates from different industries as long as they posses the correct attributes for the role.
Lettings Administrator – Experience Needed
Previous experience of dealing with people both face to face and over the phone.
Extremely well presented.
You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
