Lettings Advisor Full Time Permanent

Due to immense growth an opportunity to join a fast growing, leading  online property lettings property company has become available for a Lettings Advisor.  

Lettings Advisor – responsibilities?

• Assisting our lettings team who work with Landlords and Tenants throughout the country
• Matching tenants to properties advertised 
• Updating property adverts
• General lettings administration including uploading documents to the system
• Establishing an exceptional level of persuasive communication to engage and influence potential landlords
• Recommending and up-selling additional services
• Coordination with suppliers.
• Maintaining CRM system and records, including contact details of new and existing landlords

Lettings Advisor – Experience needed

• Be a strong and confident communicator
• Be computer literate
• Display a positive work ethic and enthusiastic attitude
• Have excellent personal organisational skills
• Deliver a friendly yet professional level of customer service
• Be ambitious, driven, and willing to take on new challenges
• Hold a genuine interest in the property lettings industry
• Have a proactive personality and use your independent initiative

Lettings Advisor – Benefits

• Basic salary of up to £22,000 Plus bonus on top
