Lettings Branch Manager Full Time Permanent

Are you an existing Lettings Manager looking for a bit more autonomy in your role. Would you like to have a greater decision making ability when it come to business ideas and growth. If so I have an excellent opportunity for a Lettings Branch Manager to join a thriving independent estate agent within their Solihull office. Taking over the day to reigns from the business owner you will manage a team of property managers, administrators and a negotiator and will drive the business to further success. 

This will be a hands on role and the successful Lettings Branch Manager will be well presented, experienced within Lettings Valuations willing and able to roll up their sleeves and muck in as well as looking at the bigger business picture. You will be hardworking, enthusiastic, reliable and approachable. You must be a good communicator, willing to learn and able to win business using a persuasive and professional approach. You must have a good understanding of Solihull and the surrounding area.

This role will include all aspects of Lettings Management including but not limited to: 

• Management, mentorship and guidance of a team of 6 across both property management and lettings
• Implement, monitor and support the team with individual and team performance
• Managing deposit accounts
• Review of procedures and process in order to maintain a continuous plan for improvement in line with the market
• Management and organisation of larger project works such as onboarding new portfolio acquisitions or implementing and rolling out process for updated legislation
• Network and maintain relationships with landlords
• Conceive, present and implement new business growth ideas

Lettings Branch Manager – Experience Needed

• Previous lettings valuation and management experience is essential
• You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
• Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented
• Experience of managing a targeted sales team to success
• Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount

Lettings Branch Manager – Benefits

• A basic salary of up to £30,000 plus a tailored commission package, OTE 40k
