Lettings Consultant and Maintenance Full Time Permanent

3 exciting  opportunities have arisen for a Lettings Consultant to join this reputable independent agents in Nottingham.

The successful Lettings Consultant will be experienced within a current lettings role, be up to date on current legislations and have a natural flare and a desire to work with a highly experienced, well established team, you will look after your tenants from viewing, move in to any maintenance issues they have.  

Lettings Consultant– Benefits  

A basic salary of £24,000/£25,0000 plus commission

If you do not hold an ARLA qualification you will be put through the course

Lettings Consultant  – Duties  

Negotiating lets resulting in the best outcome for both tenant and landlord 

Booking and conducting viewings in a professional manner to ensure best results 

Organising pre tenancy paperwork 

Uploading properties onto main portals 

Registering applicants and dealing with walk ins 

Look after your tenants with continued customer service

Be first point of contact for maintenance issues 

Providing an exceptional level of service at all times 

Play your part in achieving the best market share and reputation for offering a quality, reliable and results orientated service 

Lettings Consultant – Experience Needed  

Experience within a similar Lettings Negotiator role is essential  

Sales/ Customer Service experience.  

Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages 

You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
