A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a highly respected independent lettings businesses in St Clements for a Lettings Coordinator to join their team. The role will be supporting the Lettings and Property Management team, dealing with duties which include tenant referencing, sending out contracts, Meeting and greeting, Answering incoming calls, registering applicants, amongst other general lettings admin duties.
Lettings Coordinator – Experience Needed
Previous experience of dealing with lettings administration is advantageous
You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount

Circa £23k – £25k basic salary
