Lettings Coordinator – Duties:

• Responding to lettings enquiries
• Answering phones
• Sending out emails to tenants and landlords
• Diary planning
• Tenant sign ups
• Uploading property details to main portals
• Arranging client meetings for the team
• Filing safety certificates and ensuring they are up to date.
• General day to day lettings admin duties

Lettings Coordinator – Experience needed

• Previous experience as a Lettings Coordinator is advantageous.
• Previous experience dealing with lettings administration.
• This is an excellent opportunity for a Lettings Administrator to join an award winning independent agent.
