My clients have an excellent reputation and are looking for an organised, well presented candidate who wants to be a part of this award winning team.

Lettings Progressor – Benefits

• £20k – £23k

Lettings Progressor – Duties:

• Processing applications
• Organising pre tenancy paperwork.
• Helping to prepare the property.
• Provide help and advice to prospective tenants.
• Set up new tenancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance paperwork is in place.
• Chase signatures
• Draw up and distribute tenancy agreements.
• Arrange move ins and subsequent invoicing.
• General day to day admin duties

Lettings Progressor – Experience needed

• Previous experience in lettings is advantageous.
• Previous experience dealing with administration.
• This is an excellent opportunity for a Lettings Progressor to join an award winning independent agent.
