A great opportunity for a lettings inventory clerk to join this thriving independent lettings business based in Birmingham city centre. My client is a reputable independent Estate Agent specialising in sales, lettings, BTR, refurbishment projects and new build sales, with established lettings business that has been built over the last decade my client is on the search for an experienced and is looking for an inventory clerk who can take over responsibility for doing inventories, inspections, reactive maintenance and deposit handling across the 200 + portfolio.
The successful inventory clerk will have experience of doing inventories and have an honest and reliable persona. You must be presentable, a good communicator, an eye for detail and work off your own initiative. You must have a good understanding of lettings legislation, especially in regards to handling deposits and have the ability to deal with a busy and varied workload.
This role will require the successful inventory clerk to work independently whilst out on appointments however when not on property visits you will be based within the city centre office and will support the property management team with maintenance and deposits.
