Lettings Package: £20k – £22k Basic Plus Commission – £25k OTE negotiable based on experience
The Role: As a Lettings Manager working with a leading lettings brand you will be responsible for overseeing the lettings for this office including managing staff, carrying out lettings valuations and conducting yourself in line with the lettings company’s ethos in delivering a first-class service.
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Lettings Manager for a growing organisation within the Nottinghamshire area. You will be given freedom to run and grow the Lettings department, your main focus being canvasing of new business. With a good base portfolio to start on, this is a challenging but extremely rewarding opportunity for the right candidate who is willing to go above and beyond to achieve results.
Previous Lettings experience required – 2 years
Proven track record of winning new business
Full UK driving license and use of own car.
Knowledge of the local area
Up to date with current legislation
Flexible with working hours, networking etc.
