An exceptional, one off opportunity for a Lettings Manager to join a thriving agent in Bicester. This role is a mixture of office based and travel, so a driving licence is required. You will work closely with the management team to deliver exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords and represent a well known brand. Duties will include but are not limited to inspections, end of tenancies, commencement of tenancies, repair orders and general lettings administration.
The successful Lettings Manager will be well presented, experienced within Lettings Valuations and have the ability to lead a small team. You will be hardworking, enthusiastic, reliable and approachable. You must be a good communicator, willing to learn and able to win business using a persuasive and professional approach. You must have a good understanding of Bicester and the surrounding areas.

Previous lettings experience is essential

Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented
You will be target driven and ambitious
Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
Level 3 ARLA qualification also an advantage
