As the Lettings Manager you will be leading their successful forward thinking team identifying opportunities to allow the business to further grow and evolve in all areas of the property market. You will be someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Benefits of the Lettings Manager
Basic Salary of £30,000 – £35,000- Dependant on experience
Car allowance or company car
Quarterly management performance related bonus
Uncapped commission OTE £50k+

Responsibilities if the Lettings Manager
Responsible for driving the business forward and growing our current portfolio.
Managing a team of 3
Meeting and exceeding targets through effective negotiation skills. You will be responsible for hitting your own personal target and those of your team.
Motivating your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support to reach their potential and hit targets.
Conducting market appraisals and property valuations.
Jointly responsible for the objectives and outputs of the Marketing Assistant alongside the Operations Director and Lettings Manager.
Implementing marketing strategies, within set budgets to gain brand awareness and win new business.
Working alongside department managers and directors to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborating with the management team to implement new processes and ideas to improve customer experience, service offerings and maximise the profitability of our business.
Experience of the Lettings Manager
Property experience is not essential, but you must have previous experience in business generation and winning new business.
