An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join a thriving independent sales and lettings agency based in Dawlish.
The successful Lettings Negotiator will be a charismatic and confident communicator, focussed on customer service and long-term relationship building. With some prior experience within Estate Agency or Lettings, you will be hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable, with good time management and organisation skills. You must be presentable, a good communicator and able to use your own initiative. Ideally, you will have lived in and around Dawlish for a few years with a good understanding of the surrounding area.
The Lettings Negotiator will need to have had previous experience working within an office environment, ideally within a similar property related role using Microsoft office packages, appointment booking software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Property Management platforms.
This role will include all aspects of Lettings negotiation including, building relationships by liaising with potential landlords and tenants, organising viewings, co-ordinating contractor appointments, and general lettings administration. You will be pro-active in promoting the company, liaising with other internal teams to maximise cross selling opportunities between the sales and lettings departments to create a referral business and maintain clients-for-life business.
