Lettings Valuer / Negotiator Full Time Permanent

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proven Lettings Negotiator / Valuer to join a well respected, established local independent Estate agent based in Sutton Coldfield. My client has an excellent reputation and highly experienced team in place and is now looking for a proven lettings professional to come in and take ownership of the front end lettings operation. 

Lettings Valuer – Benefits

Lettings Valuer – Duties

• Generating and attending market appraisals.
• Helping to generate new business through existing contacts and call outs.
• Offering advice to landlords.
• Conducting viewings 
• Working alongside the property manager to ensure an efficient and thorough service is provided at all times
• Be creative with ideas to generate new business
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service.
• Ensuring the branch gains market share and becomes a leading “go to” for all things lettings in the Sutton Coldfield area

Lettings Valuer – Experience Needed

• Previous lettings valuation experience  is essential.
• Willingness to still carry out negotiator duties
• You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
• You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy.
• Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented.
• Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount.
• A customer centric attitiude
