An opportunity has become available for an organised Maintenance Coordinator to join a reputable independent lettings business based in Bradford. This well-known Estate Agent has an established lettings business and is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator who can take over responsibility for dealing with Lettings Administration/portfolio within the branch.
The successful Maintenance Coordinator will have experience of dealing with duties which include; coordinating maintenance for the managed portfolio (approx. 500 properties) chasing arrears, renewal contracts, possibly some property inspections/check outs. They must be presentable, extremely organised and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Maintenance Coordinator– Experience Needed
Previous experience of dealing with lettings would be desirable but not essential
You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
