A fantastic position has become available within one of Merseyside’s most prestigious independent Estate Agencies for a Mortgage Administrator to join their award-winning team in Prenton.

My clients have an unrivalled reputation in the North west and need a competent, articulate Mortgage Administrator who can provide support to the in house mortgage advisor.

Mortgage Administrator – Benefits

The successful Mortgage Administrator will have experience in a similar role and have excellent administrative skills.
The Mortgage Administrator will be responsible for:

• Supporting the mortgage advisor with all aspects of administration relating to mortgages.  
• Helping to ensure compliance.
• Conducting anti money laundering checks
• Maintaining administrative records
• Keeping track of application progress
• Dealing with solicitors, vendors and buyers.

As a Mortgage Administrator, a natural ability to multi task, manage a broad workload and having meticulous attention to detail is essential.

Mortgage Administrator – Experience Needed

• Previous Estate Agent Sales Administrator or Mortgage administration experience is preferred
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• Accurate typing and PC skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Ability to multi task and be highly organised
