The successful New Homes Sales Advisor will have at least 2 years New Homes experience, be impeccably well presented, have incredible written and verbal communication skills and will be looking to join a brand with a fantastic market presence and local reputation.
The New Homes Sales Advisor will be will be currently working in the New Homes sector, whether at developer or high street Estate Agent level and will looking to take that next step in their career through joining a fantastic company such as this.
Within this role the New Homes Sales Advisor will be responsible managing the site, conducting appointments and selling properties off plan. You will be a natural peoples person and will utilise your skill to make the most of every opportunity. You will be the key liaison with the developer ensuring they are kept informed of the site performance.
