Office Based Sales Senior Valuer – Manchester Full Time Permanent

Position: Estate Agent Valuer / Lister / New Business Generator

Package: £18/22k Plus Commission – £65k+ OTE

Location: Manchester

The Role: As an experienced Estate Agent Senior Valuer / Lister working with a market leading Estate Agency brand you will be responsible for winning new business through valuations for the branch and conducting yourself in line with the Estate Agency company’s ethos in delivering a first-class service. 

Requirements:

• Previous Estate Agent experience required.
• 12 months+ valuing experience essential
• Proven track record in winning new Estate Agency business.
• Presentable.
• Full UK driving license.
• To be able to work as part of a team.

• Monday – Friday- Very sociable hours- with some weekend/evening work from home.
