A one-off opportunity for a strong Office Manager to join this thriving independent lettings business based in Sheffield. This reputable Estate Agent has an established lettings business and is looking for a Office Manager who can take over a portfolio of managed units and oversee the running of the office.
The successful Office Manager will be experienced within Property Management and Lettings, hardworking and reliable. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative. You must have a good understanding of lettings legislation and have the ability to deal with high pressure situations.
The Office Manager will have had previous experience working within an office environment, ideally within a similar property related role. You must have experience in using Microsoft office packages.
This role will include all aspects of Office Management including, building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, overseeing other members of staff, issuing section notices and dealing with HR.
