An exciting and varied role has become available for a part time Lettings Accounts Administrator to join a lovely independent agent in Chinnor. My clients are looking for somebody to deal with lettings accounts, paying landlords, bank reconciliations and anything else accounts related across their portfolio of residential units.    

Part Time Lettings Accounts Administrator Benefits

• £26k – £30k basic (Pro rata’d to part time hours)

Part Time Lettings Accounts Administrator Duties:

• Processing invoices and payments.
• Bank reconciliation. 
• Receipting rent payments.
• Chasing debtors.
• Processing and arranging deposit returns.
• Managing a small team

Part Time Lettings Accounts Administrator Experience needed

• Experience in a similar administrative role
• Accounts experience
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Team player & articulate
• Quick thinker & customer focussed
• Flexible working approach
• Proactive & enthusiastic
