My client is a leading design, manufacture and installation of a specialist storage solution and are looking for a project coordinator to join them on a 4 months fixed term contract. They are ideally looking for the Project Coordinator to join the as soon as possible as are currently undertaking multiple projects and require someone who is comfortable they could ‘hit the ground running’.
The Project Coordinator role will require excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple different internal and external customers and be comfortable working to tight deadlines.
The role will entail.
Managing key dates including RAMs, Method Statements, reporting omissions etc
Coordinating orders across multiple suppliers to enable timely project starts.
Organising project dates and making sure overlaps of staff and projects are negated to optimise both time scales and costs to the company.
Enabling all elements of projects to be coordinated from the office to guarantee the most efficiency as regards all project element that can be controlled remotely
The ideal candidate will come from a similar role or a highly coordination and project focused role and be comfortable managing a sometimes challenging workload. In return the client is happy to look at an initial 4 month contract paying £30-£40k pro-rata
