Working alongside a Senior Accounts Manager you will have the opportunity to learn this busy, multi faceted role in detail.

Property Accounts Administrator Duties:
Processing invoices and payments.
Bank reconciliation.
Receipting rent payments.
Producing landlord statements
Management of the utilities for the buidling
Chasing debtors.
Property Accounts Administrator Experience needed
Experience in a similar administrative role
Accounts experience ideally’
Willingness and desire to learn the accounts function in a busy estate agency
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to remain calm under pressure
