Property Administrator Full Time Permanent

A great opportunity for a well spoken, well presented  Property Administrator to join a lovely independent agent within their office in Sutton Coldfield. You will be joining a well known multi branch Estate Agent and will be supporting a team of property managers in the service of a large portfolio. 

The role of Property Administrator will include all aspects of Property Management including but not limited to:

• Booking relevant contractors to maintain the decoration and repairs of properties
• Managing tenancy renewals
• Liaising with Landlord’s, Tenants & Contractors  
• Complying with current legislation and remaining up to date with the latest property news and lettings    regulations
• Ensuring an excellent standard of customer service is provided and upheld
• Managing, coordinating and supporting team members, landlords and tenants
• Administrative tasks

Property Administrator – Experience Needed

Essential:

• Previous property management experience essential either within lettings administration or property management / maintenance support
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
• Excellent team player with the ability to work alone
• Open, honest, reliable and trustworthy
• Acts professionally and appropriately at all times
• Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
