An extremely busy, fast paced lettings estate agent has an exciting opportunity for a Property Inspector within the Property Management department. This is a newly created position as this busy lettings agent is looking to return all inventories and inspections in house.
As the Property Inspector you will need to travel everyday in and around West Birmingham and the city centre areas, writing daily reports handing over to the Property Managers to action.
Your responsibilities will include:
Implement processes and procedures to bring all inspections and inventories in house
Carrying out regular inspections of properties on company books
Completing pre-let inspections and inventories
Reporting maintenance issue to the maintenance department
Creating reports and updating the system of all inspections carried out and ensuring property management action any requirements
The ideal candidate will be energetic, experienced within property inspections and inventories and be being able to draft daily reports.
The successful candidate will be someone who is hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative.
