An excellent opportunity for a strong Property/Maintenance Manager to join this thriving high end independent agent based in West Yorkshire. This exceptional brand has an established lettings business and is looking for a Property/Maintenance Manager who can look after the portfolio of managed units. You will be responsible for inspecting property conditions prior, during and after each tenancy, creating reports and communicating findings effectively to all relevant parties.
The successful Property candidate will be experienced within Property Management/Maintenance or inventories, hardworking and reliable. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative. You must have a good understanding of lettings legislation and have the ability to deal with high pressure situations.

You will have had previous experience working within an office environment, ideally within a similar property related role. You must have experience in using Microsoft office packages.
This role will include all aspects of Property Management including, building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, organising and attending move ins, manage end of tenancies and more!
