The Property Management Business Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and performing all functions of property Accounts team. The candidate will undertake monitoring of accounts matters, providing advice and support to the team whilst being final sign off for reporting and procedures.
Experience in the property industry is highly desirable.
Reporting weekly, monthly & quarterly to institutional investors on portfolio performance
Managing and developing the Accounts team, and ensuring deadlines are met
Reconciliation of reports
Quality checking the teams work
Analysing customer accounts and problem solving
Recommending improvements to processes and developing exception reports
